Are pets allowed in a cab?
Pets are allowed in nearly all cabs, you should indicate with what kind of pet you travel when booking.
Can i pay with a credit card or debit card in the cabs?
In nearly all cabs you can pay with a credit card or debit card. However, since not every cab is fitted with the necessary equipment, you should indicate your payment method when booking.
How long must i wait for a cab?
Within the The Hague region we aim to get a cab at your doorstep within 10 minutes. Of course it can always happen on busy days or during rush hours that a cab gets delayed a few minutes.
I forgot something in a cab, what should I do now?
If you’ve lost or forgotten something and you’re not sure whether it’s in the cab, call our Call Centre as soon as possible by dialing 070 390 77 22. Please note, we can only be of service to you if you made a booking by phone.
What is the maximum number of people to fit in a cab?
Most cabs are equipped to transport up to 4 people aside from the driver. In addition to the luxury Sedans we also offer very comfortable luxury buses for transporting groups of 5 to 8 people.
Is transport with a wheelchair possible?
If you have a collapsible wheelchair that fits in the trunk of a cab and you can independently get in the cab, than wheelchair transport is perfectly possible with us. Transport whilst sitting in a wheelchair or lying down is unfortunately not possible with us.
